Marketing Manager

Summary of Position
In liaison with Hanwha Corporate PR/Marketing, serve as the primary contact for MUWA NISEKO's media inquiries, responding promptly and efficiently. Promote and safeguard the MUWA brand image by ensuring its positive, consistent, and accurate representation both externally and internally within the organization.
 

Role and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Corporate PR on influencer management, media trips, and content creation for social media and press releases.
  • Design on-property materials, manage printing, oversee copywriting, source news for campaigns, and build local vendor relationships.
  • Create and manage the annual PR/Marketing budget, covering ads, events, promotions, SEO, and membership fees.
  • Coordinate PR campaigns, send newsletters, update marketing materials, collaborate with promotion boards, and optimize membership benefits.
  • Develop and execute MUWA’s social media strategy, manage daily content, engage with audiences, and maintain online reputation.
  • Plan events, coordinate suppliers, manage budgets, source talent, and handle communications.
  • Manage influencer stays, distribute marketing info, and oversee financial records.
 
Qualification and Requirements
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills in Japanese and English, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
  • Must be a team player, capable of assisting co-workers, prioritizing tasks, planning, organizing, and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, guests, and vendors is essential.
