INDULGE IN NISEKO’S FINENST AUTHENTIC SUKIYAKI

The sukiyaki features premium Wagyu beef, seasoned with a house-made sauce and complemented by fresh Hokkaido vegetables, locally produced tofu, and seasonal flavors.
The latter part of the course includes a unique kamameshi (rice cooked in a traditional pot) and a dessert crafted from rich Hokkaido dairy products.

In addition to the sukiyaki and shabu-shabu courses offered for lunch and dinner, an a la carte menu is available for lunch.
