Summary of Position
Provide administrative support, assist in recruitment, coordinate and execute orientation and training, staff on-off boarding, and manage staff accommodation and other duties assigned.
Role & Responsibility
- Provide administrative support related to labor relations and recruitment
- Coordinate orientation, training and development programs
- Facilitate staff onboarding and offboarding
- Manage staff accommodation
Qualification & Requirement
- 2+ years of human resources experience, preferably in recruiting, employee relations, or human resources management
- Flexible working schedules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Team work
- Discreet personalities
- Able to maintain strict adherence to information regarding employees and privacy protection
- Valid Driving license – in Japan
