Summary of Position
Provide administrative support, assist in recruitment, coordinate and execute orientation and training, staff on-off boarding, and manage staff accommodation and other duties assigned.


Role & Responsibility
  • Provide administrative support related to labor relations and recruitment
  • Coordinate orientation, training and development programs
  • Facilitate staff onboarding and offboarding
  • Manage staff accommodation
 
Qualification & Requirement
  • 2+ years of human resources experience, preferably in recruiting, employee relations, or human resources management
  • Flexible working schedules
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Team work
  • Discreet personalities
  • Able to maintain strict adherence to information regarding employees and privacy protection
  • Valid Driving license – in Japan
