Reservations are not permissible for individuals under the age of 16 or expectant mothers.
Before your treatment begins, we allocate around 10 to 15 minutes for consultation and changing of attire. Therefore, we kindly request that when making your reservation, you consider allowing for extra time in addition to the expected service duration.
If you arrive late for your reservation, there is a possibility that the treatment time may be shortened.
The content and prices of treatments may be subject to change without prior notice.
If you have a chronic illness or are currently undergoing medical treatment, there may be cases where you cannot receive treatment, so please consult with the spa team in advance.
We regret that we cannot store valuable items for safekeeping. Please be informed that we cannot assume responsibility for any loss of valuable items or money brought into the spa.

In the case of same-day cancellations or no-show cancellations, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.
