HITO by TACUBO, our all-day dining restaurant featuring authentic Italian cuisine, will take center stage under the mastery of owner-chef Daisuke Takubo, exclusively on January 10 and 11, 2025. TACUBO, its flagship restaurant in Tokyo, was honored with one Michelin star for seven consecutive years and is known as one of the hardest-to-book restaurants in Tokyo.
During this two-day gala event, Chef Takubo will showcase TACUBO’s original masterpieces with specially curated six-course lunch and eight-course dinner menus, featuring the signature wood-fired Tokachi Herb Beef Fillet and other sumptuous creations made with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
